Steps:

1. Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Next, add some oil to a cast iron pan and heat it over medium heat.
3. Add your onions and cook those for four minutes. After that, add garlic and cook it for another minute.
4. Transfer the whole mix into a medium bowl and add your cooked chicken.
5. Sprinkle the mix with chili powder and cumin on top of the chicken.
6. Add your cream of chicken soup along with chilis, corn, green onions and a cup of cheese. Stir it up well and set it aside.
7. In another medium bowl, stir it up with refried beans and enchilada sauce until it’s well-combined.
8. In the same pan, add a little oil and put a tortilla on the bottom.
9. Add another tortilla to that and spread your chicken mix on top of it.
10. Layer that with another tortilla and add half of your refried beans.
11. Repeat this with another layer and top it off with a tortilla.
12. Sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
13. When it’s done, let the dish cool slightly and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups of biscuit mix
1/2 cup of milk
1 can of whole corn, drained
1 jar of salsa
1 envelope of taco seasoning
1/8 teaspoon of ground pepper

Steps:

1. Get out a big skillet and cook your beef over medium heat for eight to 10 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon.
2. Stir in your taco seasoning, salsa and corn and heat everything through.
3. Pour everything into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with cheese.
4. In a smaller bowl, mix your biscuit mix and milk until it’s well-blended. Scoop this out in tablespoons over the cheese and sprinkle everything with pepper.

2. In a big Dutch oven, cook your bacon until it turns crispy and drain it on a plate with a paper towel.

2 cups of red wine
1 bay leaf

Steps:

1. In a small bowl, mix your flour, salt and black pepper.
2. Drag your beef cubes through the mix as well.
3. Next, melt your butter in a skillet over medium high before adding your meat and browning it all over.
